About Apocalyptica
Apocalyptica is a Finnish cello rock band formed in Helsinki in 1993, originally known for their instrumental metal covers of Metallica songs played entirely on cellos. They later transitioned to original compositions, blending heavy metal intensity with classical instrumentation, and occasionally featuring guest vocalists.
