About Broadcast

Broadcast were an English band from Birmingham led by Trish Keenan and James Cargill, active from the 1990s until Keenan's death in 2011. Their sound blended vintage electronics, psychedelia and library music influences with Keenan's ethereal vocals, drawing comparisons to 1960s soundtrack and pop aesthetics.
