Elvis Costello & The Imposters is the backing band formed in 2001 with keyboardist Steve Nieve and drummer Pete Thomas from the original Attractions, plus bassist Davey Faragher. They back the British singer-songwriter on his eclectic mix of rock, pub rock, new wave and roots-influenced material.
