Julian Marley, son of reggae legend Bob Marley, carries forward his father's roots reggae tradition with his band The Uprising. His music blends classic Jamaican reggae with conscious, spiritually driven lyrics rooted in Rastafarian philosophy. His debut album "A Time & Place" (2009) was Grammy-nominated.
