Killswitch Engage

Killswitch Engage is an American metalcore band formed in Westfield, Massachusetts in 1999. Known for blending crushing heavy metal riffs with melodic hooks and harmonized guitar leads, they are widely credited as pioneers of the metalcore genre. The band has featured vocalists Jesse Leach and Howard Jones, both known for combining aggressive screaming with clean melodic singing.
