About Laraaji
Laraaji (born Edward Larry Gordon) is an American musician and spiritual practitioner known for his meditative, ambient music built around the zither and autoharp. He rose to prominence after Brian Eno discovered him performing in Washington Square Park and produced his 1980 album "Ambient 3: Day of Radiance." His music blends new age spirituality with drone-based improvisation.
