About Leftover Salmon
Leftover Salmon is a Colorado-based jam band formed in 1989, blending bluegrass, rock, zydeco, and New Orleans funk into a high-energy style they dubbed "polyethnic Cajun slamgrass." Known for their electrifying live performances, they helped define the jamgrass movement alongside peers like Yonder Mountain String Band.
