Monolord is a Swedish doom metal trio formed in Gothenburg in 2013, consisting of Thomas V Jäger, Mika Häkki, and Esben Willems. Known for their crushingly heavy, fuzz-drenched sound, they draw on stoner doom and sludge influences. Their albums include Empress Rising, Vænir, and Rust.
