About My Morning Jacket

My Morning Jacket is a Louisville, Kentucky rock band formed in 1998, led by singer-guitarist Jim James. Known for their sprawling, reverb-drenched sound, they blend southern rock, psychedelia, folk, and country into epic, emotionally expansive arrangements. Albums like "It Still Moves" and "Z" cemented their reputation as one of America's premier rock acts.
