About Nakibembe Embaire Troupe
Nakibembe Embaire Troupe is a Ugandan ensemble known for performing on the embaire, a large wooden xylophone traditionally played by groups of musicians from the Basoga people of eastern Uganda. Their music features interlocking, polyrhythmic patterns performed communally.
