Orlando Julius Aremu Ekemode is a pioneering Nigerian musician and saxophonist who helped forge Afrobeat and Afro-funk in the 1960s–70s. His 1966 album "Super Afro Soul" is considered a landmark fusion of highlife, soul, and traditional Yoruba music.
