About Phil Hartnoll (ORBITAL)
Phil Hartnoll is one half of the iconic British electronic duo Orbital, formed with his brother Paul in the late 1980s. Known for euphoric, melodic techno and rave-influenced electronica, Orbital helped define the UK's early 90s dance music scene. Phil has also pursued solo work carrying a similar synthesis-driven, progressive electronic sound.
