About Quasi
Quasi is a Portland-based indie rock duo formed in 1993 by Sam Coomes and Janet Weiss. Known for their lo-fi, angular sound built around Coomes' Rocksichord (a modified electric piano), their music blends post-punk abrasiveness with melodic songwriting and sardonic lyrics.
