Shame are a post-punk band formed in South London in 2014, fronted by vocalist Charlie Steen. Known for their raw, energetic sound blending abrasive guitars with impassioned, often sardonic lyrics, they drew widespread acclaim with their debut album *Songs of Praise* (2018) and followed up with the more experimental *Drunk Tank Pink* (2021).
