Six Feet Under is an American death metal band formed in Tampa, Florida in 1993, led by vocalist Chris Barnes, formerly of Cannibal Corpse. Known for their mid-paced, groove-heavy approach to death metal, the band has released numerous albums blending brutal riffs with horror and gore-themed lyrics.
