Skald is a French musical project founded by Viking enthusiast Pierrick Valence, blending ancient Norse and medieval music with modern production. Their sound features Old Norse chants, runic poetry, and atmospheric instrumentation, drawing on Viking and pagan traditions. Their debut album, "Vikings Chant," was released in 2018.
