About The RH Factor
The RH Factor is a jazz-funk collective led by Grammy-winning drummer Roy Hargrove, formed in the early 2000s. The project blends jazz improvisation with hip-hop, funk, and soul influences, creating a groove-driven sound. Their debut album *Hard Groove* (2003) became a landmark in the neo-soul and jazz-funk crossover movement.
