The Saints are an Australian punk and rock band formed in Brisbane in 1973, widely regarded as pioneers of punk rock alongside the Ramones and Sex Pistols. Their 1976 debut single "(I'm) Stranded" is considered one of the first punk singles ever released. Their sound evolved over the decades to incorporate pub rock, power pop, and brass-driven rock.
