About Touch Sensitive
Touch Sensitive (Michael Di Francesco) is an Australian producer, bassist, keyboardist and songwriter known for his distinctive fusion of Italo-disco, house, synth-pop and live musicianship. Under the Touch Sensitive alias, he has released cult favourites such as Pizza Guy and Real Talk (with Anna Lunoe), alongside acclaimed projects including Visions and the more recent album In Paradise, all defined by groove-led songwriting and richly detailed production. Beyond his solo work, he has contributed as a collaborator, session musician and producer across a wide range of projects, bringing a strong musical instinct and finely tuned ear to basslines, synth arrangements and full record development. His practice spans both electronic and live contexts, shaped by a deep focus on feel, craft and sound. He has also contributed to education and mentorship through Liveschool, helping shape creative approaches to production for emerging artists.
