About UK Decay
UK Decay were a pioneering British post-punk band formed in Luton in the late 1970s, widely regarded as one of the originators of the goth rock genre. Their sound blended angular, abrasive guitars with dark, brooding atmospheres and gothic imagery. Their 1981 single "For My Country" is considered an early goth classic.
