About Warralgurniya
Warralgurniya is the acclaimed cross-cultural collaboration led by 93yo Thiinma Elder Peter Salmon and musician/linguist Rosie Sitorus, with a rotating band of musicians and family joining them on stage. Warralgurniya brings ancient knowledge, contemporary yarns, and a healthy dose of blues-country-folk to bring language and stories to life. After their 2026 appearance on ABC’s ‘The Piano’ shone the national spotlight on their unique collaboration, Warralgurniya returns to Nannup to celebrate Country, culture and keeping wiyurrba pagalya (spirit strong).
