About Yaz.
Yaz (known as Yazoo outside the US) was an English synth-pop duo formed in 1981 by singer Alison Moyet and multi-instrumentalist Vince Clarke, formerly of Depeche Mode. They released two acclaimed albums, "Upstairs at Eric's" and "You and Me Both," before disbanding in 1983.
