Coal Chamber is an American nu-metal band formed in Los Angeles in the early 1990s, fronted by vocalist Dez Fafara. Known for their dark, heavy sound blending down-tuned guitars, gothic aesthetics, and aggressive vocals, they released their self-titled debut in 1997 and reunited in 2011 after an extended hiatus.
