Gene Simmons Band is the solo touring and recording project of Gene Simmons, bassist and co-founder of KISS. The band performs hard rock with the same heavy, riff-driven sound as KISS, featuring Simmons's signature bass-driven grooves and theatricality. The project allows Simmons to explore material outside of KISS while retaining classic rock energy.
