Heavy Pettin were a Scottish glam metal and hard rock band formed in Glasgow in the early 1980s. Known for melodic, hook-driven hard rock, they released their debut album "Lettin Loose" in 1983 and were associated with the New Wave of British Heavy Metal scene. They supported Ozzy Osbourne and released several albums before disbanding in the late 1980s.
