The Notsensibles were a British punk/new wave band from Barnoldswick, Lancashire, formed in the late 1970s. Known for their humorous, DIY approach, they scored a cult hit with "I'm in Love with Margaret Thatcher" (1979). Their sound blended fast, lo-fi punk with sardonic, comedic lyrics.
