Therapy? are a Northern Irish rock band formed in Larne in 1989, known for blending heavy metal, punk, and alternative rock with dark, abrasive lyrics. They rose to prominence in the early 1990s with albums like *Troublegum* (1994), which fused grunge-influenced noise rock with melodic hooks. Their sound is characterised by loud, distorted guitars, driving rhythms, and Andy Cairns' distinctive raw vocals.
