Toadies are a Fort Worth, Texas alternative rock band formed in 1989, best known for their 1994 hit "Possum Kingdom" from the album Rubberneck. Their sound blends abrasive, driving guitar riffs with dark, brooding lyrics and an intense post-grunge edge.
