Aphrodite is a British drum and bass and jungle producer, born Gavin King, who rose to prominence in the mid-1990s. Known for his upbeat, funky style, he blends rolling breakbeats with bass-heavy grooves. His 1999 self-titled album on Aphrodite Recordings helped cement his reputation in the UK dance music scene.
