About Sugar
Sugar was an American alternative rock band formed in Minneapolis in 1992, led by Bob Mould following the dissolution of Hüsker Dü and Mould's solo career. The band blended melodic punk, post-hardcore, and power pop into a loud, hook-driven sound. Their acclaimed debut album *Copper Blue* (1992) is regarded as a landmark of 1990s indie rock.
