HeadlinerDesert DwellersPsybientDesert Dwellers is a diverse electronic music project that bridges the ancient and the future, fusing deep bass, world instrumentation, and psychedelic textures into immersive sonic journeys. Founded in 1999 by Amani Friend and Treavor Moontribe, the project grew out of the legendary Moontribe gatherings in the deserts of Southern California and has since become a cornerstone of global festival culture.
Blending influences from countless genres, Desert Dwellers has released dozens of albums and remixes, toured across five continents, and collaborated with an eclectic array of artists from around the world. Their music has graced stages at Symbiosis, Ozora, Lightning in a Bottle, Boom, Envision, Shambhala, and Burning Man, resonating with audiences through both meditative journeys and powerful dance floor experiences.
In 2025, Desert Dwellers entered its most significant evolution yet. Co-founder Amani Friend stepped away from touring to focus on studio production and other creative pursuits, while a new collaborator joined the project, acclaimed producer and mixing / mastering engineer Sarkis Mikael
The trio of Amani, Treavor, and Sarkis have begun co-creating a powerful new body of work, blending their distinct talents into an inspired next chapter. Building on this momentum, Treavor and Sarkis premiered a reimagined live show in Los Angeles on the first day of 2026, with more dates unfolding across other cities.

At the core of Dreamvibes’ sound is a balance between emotional melody and raw dancefloor power. The LickThePaper alias represents Dreamvibes’ most experimental output—playful, darker and intentionally unfiltered. HeadlinerDrunken KongTechnoDrunken Kong is the project of D. Singh. Since his debut in 2011, Drunken Kong has captivated audiences with powerful performances at renowned Japanese clubs like Womb, Ageha, and Contact Tokyo, establishing himself as a major presence in the techno scene.
Beginning in 2015, he has released numerous tracks on some of the world's leading labels, including Adam Beyer's Drumcode, Christian Smith's Tronic, Eli Brown's Arcane and many more, gaining both domestic and international acclaim for his distinctive sound.
In 2022, Drunken Kong achieved the top spot in Beatport's annual techno sales, delivering multiple hit tracks that solidified their impact on the genre. In 2023, he made waves as the first Asian artist to release an EP, I Want To See, on Adam Beyer's prestigious Drumcode label. Following this success, they continued to release on Drumcode, and once again in 2024 with their track, Dance All Night, which gained a lot of support worldwide.
During the Covid time, Drunken Kong's livestream performance in front of architect Tadao Ando's Atama Daibutsu Buddha statue, part of the High in Japan series, gained international attention and was featured by the UK's Mixmag, drawing a massive audience and celebrating Japan's unique culture alongside innovative techno.

AiriProgressive PsyAiri is the solo project of Felix A., a Swiss-Japanese producer based in Japan.

Driven by a deep passion for underground culture, community and immersive dancefloor experiences, Arya has spent the past few years not only refining her sound, but also channeling her energy into creating transformative events within the Northern Rivers scene. BayawakaElectronicBayawaka is a chameleon, flawlessly adapting his colourful output to space and time. A Label DJ project a part of the Merkaba Music and Shanti Planti families, Bayawaka continues to develop a diverse library of psychedelic downtempo, bass music, breaks and electronica.
A true vagabond of the festival circuit, Bayawaka consistently performs on the revered stages of Boom, Ozora, Mo:dem, Fusion, Rainbow Serpent, Origin and Tribal Gathering, along the way featuring at Universo Paralello, Glastonbury, Esoteric, Noisily, Hadra, Earth Frequency and Wild Horses.

From the country to the city, Bec Grenfell is renowned for her seamless dj sets and unique blend of ethereal techno and house music. Over the last 15 years she has gained a huge amount of respect with many of the big players in Australia, subsequently scoring performances at the prestigious Rainbow Serpent Festival 4 years in a row, as well as many other festivals such as Strawberry Fields, Elements, Babylon, Luft, Beyond the Valley, Piknic Electronik, and Circoloco. Bec has also recently played internationally at the world renown club The Block in Tel Aviv & Ozora. Not to mention a slew of the Australia's best clubs like Revolver, 161, Xe54, Circus and Brown Alley alongside Melbourne's finest promoters Novel, Thick as Thieves, Untitled Group, Stable Music, Wildwood, Hardware, Nu techno, Arteq & One More Tune.
When it comes to passion for quality music, whether it be old or new, Bec Grenfell has it down to a fine art. Playing her own definition of a much broader spectrum of electronic music, Bec’s music is best described as a unique style of melodic ethereal undertones with heavy basslined house and techno. Bec's passion for music delves deeply to a neuroscience level with her avid research on music's powerful effects on the brain in neurological conditions and her rehabilitation for people with cognitive and movement disorders.
Bec is constantly pushing the boundaries with her visionary sounds, paving the way for female artists in the underground scene. She lets her music knowledge and over 15 years of experience in the scene do the talking. She really knows how to capture and excite an audience with her smoothly transitioned sets and individual groove which separates her from the numerous generic “techno” artists that are seen today. BULLHORNBrassThere’s an old saying, popularised by The Breakfast Club: “you mess with the bull, you get the horns”. What does it mean? Not much really. Mostly that if you do something dangerous, you might get hurt. One dangerous thing you could do would be to miss the crazy, brass based, MC led explosion that is BULLHORN. These party animals combine virtuosic musicianship, crazy arrangements, catchy grooves and upbeat rhythms to whip the audience into a veritable frenzy. This nine piece behemoth is hell-bent on good times.
ChamberlainElectronicChamberlain is an electrifying electronic artist, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from Melbourne, Australia. Known for his aggressive, high-energy bass and glitch hop tracks, Chamberlain’s music is designed to make you want to party.
Starting his musical journey at the age of six with piano and later self-teaching guitar, Chamberlain was heavily influenced by artists like Elton John and bands from the rock and punk scenes of the 2000s. His unique sound has evolved into what he calls “berserk,” blending hip-hop influences with bass energy that is unmistakably his own.

DoppelHouseDoppel is a healthy blend of organic beeps influenced in equal parts by the unique textures of life on the Australian east coast, the surging sunset to sunrise sounds of global house and techno, as well as everything in between jazz, metal and the blues.
Doppel’s smooth sultry performances continuously grace main stages at Rainbow Serpent, Earth Frequency, Strawberry Fields, Dragon Dreaming and Elements festivals, woven between headline shows nationally and beyond. His debut album Eucalyptograph marked a momentous milestone, collecting immense praise from afar, whilst he enthralled crowds at sold out tour shows.
2026 plays host to Doppel’s second full length album, Harvest. Landing on Stone Seed in May, the album is shaped by three years of transition, growth and reflection. Felix AndodowntempoFelix Ando is a half Swiss/Japanese producer currently residing in Japan. He has been producing electronic music since 2004 and has been mainly active under his progressive trance name Airi, signed on Zenon records.
He has developed a growing interest in Downtempo, Bass Music, Future Garage and related styles over the years and started experimenting with this genre in 2012. PheuZenDancePheuZen (pronounced Few Zen, a word play on Fusion and Zen) is the solo electro breaks / bass music project of Treavor Moontribe who is most known for his music project Desert Dwellers and for co-founding the legendary Moontribe Collective in 1993 based out of Los Angeles.
As a child growing up in the 80s, Treavor was deeply inspired by the early breakdancing scene and especially the music that was the driving force behind it. Artists like Egyptian Lover, Africa Bambaataa, Cybotron and many others who introduced the world to that Electro sound, were all childhood favourites.
Flash forward 40 years later and the PheuZen project is born as the vehicle for Treavor to continue to explore that deep electro groove.
PsymonTrancePsymon is the Weapon Records progressive trance project of Simon Zaicz. His involvement and commitment to the Australian music scene extends beyond the realms of electronic music. During the 70's & 80's he worked with some of the largest acts in the country, which included touring with Australian Crawl and managed tours for Split Enz.
Following an already extensive career in live music, Simon went on to embrace the world of outdoor electronic music festivals. As one of the founding members of the Australian outdoor festival circuit, he paved the way for the Far North Qld electronic music scene to flourish.
His contribution to the collective has made the vision of the Nth Qld dance community a reality. PXLMTREESChill-HopIt started as a way to get back to making music in a more hands-on way sampling records, playing bass and keys, and building tracks that breathe instead of hit hard. What started as a side project quickly became its own world space to explore a more organic, musical approach to writing and performing.

New Zealand born and raised Kimmi Aroha De La Haye aka De La Haye, has been one of the most hardworking and energetic members of the Brisbane bass scene, since moving to Australia in 2001. With track selection, mixing, and a smile that sets any dancefloor ablaze, De La Haye is a regularly booked DJ, not to mention one of the scene's leading promoters. Before discovering jungle in ’96, Kimi's early musical influences ranged from soul, funk, reggae and hiphop, to rock, punk and metal. Perhaps in this, we find the blueprint for her versatility. Whether its dub or ragga vibes, driving techstep darkness, complex drum choppage, or rolling liquid sounds, De La Haye's drum’n’bass sets offer something for all tastes.
All of this has not gone unnoticed by other promoters, as De La Haye continues to amass an impressive DJ resume playing all around Australia, New Zealand and worldwide. In 2009 she was invited by legendary Metalheadz DJ Storm to play her curated night at the renowned Sun & Bass Festival in Sardinia Italy, having since been invited back to play 11 times between 2009-2024.

What cannot be understated is De La Haye’s massive contribution to promoting in the Brisbane broken-beat community over the past 21 years. In 2002 she co-promoted the weekly Freestyle event & radio show at Red Room - Uni of Qld, in 2003 formed the famous femme DJ crew 'Junglettes’, in 2004 began the dub and jungle nights 'Ragga'd' and 'Offshoots of Reggae’, and in 2005 started the hard n dark DnB & Dubstep night 'Rukus' alongside SpeakerWrath as well as running a highly successful monthly Moonbar residency between 2006-2010 hosting many international acts.
Through both collaborations with other local crews and on her own, De La Haye’s events have hosted most of the international DnB acts that have come through Brisbane since. Recent years saw her team up with Kosha D running the popular monthly Junkyard Sessions night for the past decade, as well as handling DNB bookings for Rum Jungle at Sub Rosa, artist agency bookings and assisting with Planet of the Breaks at La La Land - and more recently teaming up with Samp3 for Unicorn Party Smash. This incredible and often solo effort has been a driving force and integral part in the growth of the Brisbane scene.
De La Haye is one busy Junglette, also managing the Brizbass event mailing list and local broken-beat website that she founded in '08, and regularly playing hiphop/reggae, funk/soul, house/disco and garage sets as well, having acquired numerous residencies at Rumpus Room, Rum Jungle, Mr Percival’s, Felon’s, Riverbar, Paddo, Bruce, Loft, Solbar, Kerbside, Brew, Soleil to name a few. However, jungle remains her true passion with her main focus for 2026 being to lend more time to production, a long time goal, and curating the new Spread Love & Basslines video podcast on ‘neurodiversity in dnb/music’ set to release soon. EneaPsytechBorn and raised in Italy, Enea discovered the underground scene in his early teens, heavily influenced by European music culture. After attending several festivals across Europe, he moved to Australia, where he immersed himself in the doof scene and its diverse sounds.
He began his DJ journey in 2023, when he founded CoolLab Collective with a group of friends on the Sunshine Coast. His sound moves between psytech and minimal techno at its core, and the acid and electro-driven edges of house, always digging for distinctive and carefully selected sounds to shape his sets.
As part of CoolLab, an emerging collective based on the Sunshine Coast, Enea regularly plays alongside the crew and is a frequent guest at events hosted by other local collectives. Along the way, he has shared lineups with nationally and internationally recognised artists including Unknown Concept, Leigh Boy, Christopher Brooks, Ivan Aliaga, Cristian Sarde, and Donald (IT).
EzentrikBush TechnoHailing from Byron Shire in Northern NSW, Ezentrik spent years working behind the scenes in professional live audio before bringing that experience out from behind the sound desk and onto the stage.
A DJ and live vocalist, she moves through bush prog, bush tech, dark prog, psytech and melodic techno, using her voice as part of the music itself, sometimes ethereal, sometimes raw, and sometimes transformed until it becomes difficult to separate voice from instrument like a human synth.
Ezentrik approaches each set as something made in the room, not simply prepared beforehand. She pays attention to tension, space, dynamics and the way the dancefloor responds, allowing the direction of the performance to change as it unfolds.
Her technical background gives her a strong understanding of sound, but instinct and spontaneity are equally important. No two sets are the same, because each one is shaped by the people, the place and whatever happens in that particular moment.
Fergus AlexanderProgressive HouseFergus Alexander is a long-standing figure in Brisbane’s electronic music scene, with
over two decades behind the decks. Known for strong track selection, clean mixing and
an instinctive feel for the room, his sets blend progressive house, techno and deep,
rolling grooves. He moves easily between intimate underground rooms and large-scale
festival stages, with appearances at venues including The Triffid, Elsewhere, Barsoma,
The Empire, Family, Sub Rosa, Brown Alley and La La Land, as well as festivals such

Over the past 8 years Gez has relentlessly pursued her long held dream of honing her DJ skills and made her DJ debut in 2018. Gez has quickly gained a reputation for being able to rock the dancefloor. She possesses a natural ease behind the decks and has a deep understanding for what it takes to create a party.
Gez has played at festivals such as Splendour in the Grass, Earth Frequency 22, 23, & 24, Initiation Festival, Bohemian Beatfreaks, Mardigrass – High vibes stage 2025 and Jungle Love festival. Graeme has been involved in the music industry since the mid 80’s. He played lead guitar for the legendary all originals band “Psycho Sloth” for more than 10 years and performed over 500 live gigs. More recently he played (6 years) with the infamous psychedelic freestyle funk band “Byron Vibes” as well as his own freestyle jam project “The Groove Lounge” and was also an organiser of the morning jams at Love Camp (Earth Frequency Festival) for around 10 years. Since 2010 he has also focused on an electronic music project called “Tranceq”. The film clip for one of his tracks was nominated as a finalist for the Global Citizens festival in Central Park (New York) and the song came second in the world music category of the John Lennon Song writers Competition (New York). Another track made the number two position on the national Reverbnation Electronic music charts in 2013. Graeme was also nominated for the finals of the Australian Independent music awards in the world music category three times.
Graeme has been DJing regularly for the past 4-5 years, mainly playing melodic techno at numerous house parties around Byron Shire. His most recent public gigs include closing the party at Mystic Valley (Persephone’s Banquet), Lab Leaked Beats, NYE at Sacred Heart festival, one of the founders of Love Camp at Earth Frequency, Kohlective. He also supported Chromeo, Shapeless and Kyle Watson. For the last two years he was the driving force behind the Mystic Valley stage at Earth Frequency where 32 Byron Dj’s performed over the 4-day festival.

Known for emotive, driving sets that balance atmosphere with forward momentum, he has toured extensively across Australia, appearing at many of the country’s biggest festivals and parties and earning a reputation as a reliable, high-impact performer.
As a producer, Handsdown’s work has been released on respected international labels including Massano’s Simulate, Pavel Petrov’s KONQ.EXE, IbogaTech, Carbon’s Tough Toys, and Lampe’s Alula Tunes, positioning him firmly within the global underground circuit.

Jamie Forest B2B UkiahAfter 10 years DJing between festivals, burns, bars and parties across the country, Jamie Forest has decided to grow some sounds of his own. His cuttings have been picked from sounds found along the way, with hints of everything from funky bass to downtempo electronica and fertilised by regular bookings at Earth Frequency Festival and Rabbits Eat Lettuce as well as outings at The Wild Campout, Blossom, Jungle Love and Splendour in the Grass.
After just the right amount of time stewing in the broth of underground space curation (ranging from daytime community jams to late night warehouse stomps), the final flavours have been sauteed in a deep love of the people who’ve shared this journey with him. His sound sits at the meeting point of progressive, psychedelic house and techno: hypnotic, propulsive, and unapologetically driven. As co-founder of Kohlective — known for its uncompromising quadraphonic sound system — JUSTTIM is a vocal advocate for the principle that the music deserves to be heard properly. There's nothing he loves more than watching a crowd disappear into the moment.
Justus CorruptIf the world was stuck at the turn of the millennium, you’d be somewhere in the world of Justus Corrupt.
Emerging from Brisbane’s drum ’n’ bass and electronic underground in the late 90's, early 2000s, Justus spent years behind the decks at parties like Rude Boys Monthly and Bottom Heavy, where he held down a long-running residencies, alongside countless other questionable late-night adventures. Along the way came support slots for a healthy collection of local and international producers, DJs and performers.
Justus never quite drove over the speed bump into the brave new world of digital DJing. Instead, he stuck with the dying art of two turntables, a mixer and multiple 12-inch slabs of vinyl — opting to lug around a ridiculously heavy record case full of music you can actually see going around and pick up with your hands...
He’ll probably keep doing that until he’s 90.
So if you like rollers, big drops, skanky basslines and a little turn-of-the-millennium electronic mischief, get ready to shuffle those pins to the big-top sound of Justus Corrupt.

Everything is performed live. Sounds are programmed on iconic drum machines and samplers, then built up with gritty, overdriven analogue synths and effects, UK bass-style vocal chops and lush samples, all melted together into slamming, percussion-driven workouts of cutting-edge club music with a healthy dose of improvisation.
Behind the machines is over 20 years of experience controlling dancefloors, with more than 1000 gigs played under various aliases. That history feeds a sound inspired by rhythms heard in clubs, festivals and parties across the globe, taking in 140/160, UK techno, electro, acid, footwork and everything in between.
The mind behind MINOR CIRCUIT is Scottish born Iain Hayes, classically trained and hooked on the sound of UK jungle at the age of 8. He cut his teeth in Edinburgh's underground scene, promoting events and DJing at some of Scotland's best clubs, where his versatility, record collection, and fast, technical mixing and scratching made him a favourite at DJ battles.
After moving to Australia and DJing for another decade, including a solid stint as a full-time DJ, he created his MINOR CIRCUIT project. Over the last year he has cut down on DJing to focus on the live show: an outlet for the weirder, wonkier, faster, darker and heavier side of his musical tastes.
MirusTechnoMirus has been involved in the EDM scene for more years than he cares to mention, as a punter, a producer, DJ and event organiser.

It was here they learned making friends with the weird kids was a sure fire way to live a good life, community is what you make it, giants have shoulders that they’ll let you stand on, family means showing up and doing the work and deep true love can be found in and between the beat.
Thankfully not much has changed in the intervening years. Sally has been involved in the scene in various guises since those sweet early days and has been running the much loved Oasis (AKA Sanctuary) space at Earth Frequency Festival for a few years - a place to feel like you're home - to find the space between the beats, because we all find our own way here but the ultimate aim is connection.

The Byron-based DJ (born and bred in Melbourne) has spent the last two years quietly building one of the more distinctive presences in Australia's underground scene - Sacred Hearts Festival back-to-back years, Reverie, Bare Foot Beat, and a string of exclusive East Coast events that tend to stay off the public radar. Her 333 Session on Flow Music landed over 15.7k listens in early 2025, which says something, given she wasn't chasing numbers to begin with.
Her sound moves through bass-driven tech house, playful house and indie dance - though she's the first to tell you genre isn't really the point. The point is the room. Sets that move with precision without ever feeling clinical. Playful. Purposeful. And when it lands right, it lands.
Whether she's opening a sunrise set or holding down peak hour, the intention doesn't change: get people out of their heads and back into their bodies. SAMBAM isn't interested in trends. She's interested in what's true.

This is my bio. My not-DJ-name is Samie. I fell in love with long form music a long time ago, thanks to progressive metal bands making non-stop concept albums. I love music that makes me visualise a drama or sci-fi epic unfolding in my mind. I get bored quickly, I need contrast. I want to feel as many things as music can make me feel. My never-ending dig for something new continues. It’s encouraged me to dance around the edges of the drum and bass and jungle spectrum, crossing over into unfamiliar territories, trying to find something that doesn’t sound like something else. It feels like I’ve crawled over its entirety, untucked every corner, to discover more corners. Sometimes I’ve found myself entering into other mysterious realms within dub, techno, industrial and cinematic genres. These cross-over points between the far corners of each of these spectrums is where I’ve honed my style as a DJ.
Every set of tunes is an opportunity to show a daring listener what is out there, beyond distinction, further beyond where they may have thought the end was to be. There’s no denying, I love energy in music, but the energy in the music I’ve been unveiling recently commands a different type of engagement. Whilst a dance floor is a place to connect, it’s also a place for introspection. I’ve had life changing epiphanies on dance floors, connected to the music and the journey the DJ provides. It’s my personal mission to provide a soundscape suitable for anyone courageous enough to turn inward and experience their own version of this.

Between Boombox and Vertex
Earth Frequency is aligned with the global visionary art movement. Over the past couple of decades, visionary art has risen to the forefront of the transformational festival experience worldwide and Earth Frequency has been part of that evolution in Australia. This movement is particularly focused on exploring themes of spirituality, consciousness, connectivity and personal and planetary transformation. Visionary art merges many vital and current ideas into a medium of technical brilliance and exists at the cutting edge of human creative expression. We are proud that our festival gallery, The Luminarium, has grown into one of Australia’s premier showcases of visionary art. Be sure to drop in during the festival to view a diverse and captivating selection of works from some of the world’s most dynamic artists. Original and reprinted (giclée) artworks will be for sale, along with paper prints, stickers, jewellery, and other art merch for anyone wishing to take something special home with them. Throughout the weekend, artists will also be live painting on stage, in and around the Luminarium and the festival grounds. We are truly blessed to witness such epic creativity coalesce in real time!
